Parke County St. Valentines Day Killings

Clelland J. Hanner served as Parke County Prosecutor or Deputy Prosecutor for more than forty years. He was a part-time prosecutor when these murders took place and he, along with his deputy, John Dowd, Loyd Heck, Indiana State Police Detective -- as well as many others -- worked diligently on these cases to make sure that the four men never saw the light of day for the atrocious crimes they had committed. These many individuals deserved to be mentioned and honored.
